CAFA has recently announced they have added their programs in the following Louisiana Parish:

Rapides

Purchase Advantage powered by CAFA is a unique program to jump-start Louisiana homeownership . Eligible borrowers can receive an assistance amount of 3% or 4% on FHA and Conventional Loans. The assistance may be used for down payment, closing costs, borrower paid MI or prepaids. The borrower must meet the Area Median Income Restrictions put out by CAFA.

Rapides Parish Income Restrictions

• $74,405 for FHA loans
• $48,400 for Conventional Loans
