Update to USDA TRV Requirement

TIRS is now accepting new orders for TRV’s. Therefore the temporary suspension of the TRV requirement is lifted.

Effective today, 8/25/2020 all new loan memos will require the TRV’s/4506T for all household members ages 18 years and older.

TRV’s for all household members ages 18 and older must be received prior to final loan approval for USDA Loans.
