USDA RD 2023 Income Limits

Rural Development has announced income limits for the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program

NEW INCOME LIMITS – *Other states may have different limits. 

1-4 People in the Household = $110,650

5-8 People in the Household = $146,050
