By now your customers which we are servicing should have received a letter in the mail notifying them of a new service provider for GMFS.  Just to clarify, GMFS has simply changed to a new customer service center that will better serve them.  The new customer service center is responsible for collecting of payments, administering escrows and the other activities related to the servicing of their loan.

A few items of note if your GMFS customers contact you for clarification:

1. Borrowers should send payments (starting with their March 1st 2018 payment) to the new payment address:

   P.O. Box 105219
   Atlanta, GA 30348-5219
2. They should include their new mortgage loan number on all payments. This is located at the top of their servicing transfer notice and is a 10 digit number.I. e 101XXXXXXX9
3. The GMFS New Customer Service Number is 866-392-1860
4. If your customer’s mortgage is currently set up as a ACH automatic draft, drafting the full monthly mortgage payment once per month, this service will continue without interruption as scheduled.
5. If your customer is currently on the Budget Draft Program, drafting their checking account every other Friday, this program is not available for their March 1st , 2018 payment. They will need to send in a check or money order to the above address for the monthly payment. GMFS will have a similar program and even more payment options available shortly, for them to apply for if desired.
6. If your customer is currently making their mortgage payment through a bill paying service (set up through a bank or a third party to pay their bills monthly), they will need to notify the service of their new loan number and the new address to send the check.
