GMFS has updated the HomeStyle guidelines and disclosures to better align with recent changes to Fannie Mae’s HomeStyle product.

In addition to the updated guidelines, GMFS will be rolling out our new construction management software, Built, at the beginning of October.
This software will help your borrowers keep track of their budgets, request and approve draws, and is available for their contractors as well.  GMFS is working with Built to release a more comprehensive overview of the software and how it can benefit your borrowers.

With the upcoming addition of the Built software, GMFS has increased the Construction Administration fee to $999.
