GMFS has a mandatory company function for all employees on the afternoon of Friday, April 28th in which our Lock Desk and Closing Department will be closed early.  Please note the schedule below so that your loans are not affected. Thank you for your cooperation!

Closing Disclosures: 

• CD’s needing to go out on Friday, May 3rd must be into the CD Desk no later than 12pm CST on Thursday, May 2nd
• CD’s needing to go out on Monday, May 6th, must be into the CD Desk no later than 12pm CST on Friday, May 3rd

Closing Packages: 

• Loan must be into closing no later than 12pm CST Thursday May 2nd to go out on Friday, May 3rd
• No purchase money closing should be scheduled after 1pm CST Friday, May 3rd as we will not be staffed after this time
• Closing Package requests for Monday, May 6th will need to be submitted to closing no later than 10AM Friday, May 3rd. Closings for Monday, May 6th should be scheduled for late afternoon to approve funding

Disclosure Desk:

• Requests for disclosures must be into the Disclosure Desk before 12pm CST on Friday, May 3rd
• Disclosure Desk will NOT be staffed after 12pm CST on May 3rd

Lock Desk 

• GMFS Lock Desk will remain open Friday, May 3rd with locks and extensions available as normal
• However, the Lock Desk will NOT be staffed after 12pm CST on the 3rd.
