New USDA RD 2022 Income Limits

Rural Development has announced income limits for the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program have been updated for Fiscal Year 2022.

NEW INCOME LIMITS – *Other states may have different limits. 

1-4 People in the Household = $103,500

5-8 People in the Household = $136,600
